Catapult Learning, a leading Intervention Service Provider for K-12 Schools, today announced that it has acquired NonPublic Educational Services, Inc. (NESI), a leading provider of intervention services, charter school support services, and military education and training programs.

“We are pleased to be adding an organization that complements our instructional programs, while also allowing us to expand into military education and language training, charter school services, and virtual high school instruction,” said Stuart Udell, President and CEO of Catapult Learning. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to bring NESI into the Catapult family.”
“Providing intervention support services to struggling learners is at the heart of everything we do,” stated Robert Crosby, President and CEO of NESI. “By joining forces with Catapult Learning, we now have the opportunity to serve even more students.”
