Our case management services are a vital part of our workforce development program. 

We support districts and agencies who are working to prepare and connect young people to the workforce by managing the program casework, including:

• Recruiting and screening eligible students
• Linking eligible students with community service providers, schools, and vocational centers as the next step on their journey
• Collecting and reporting program data

We have great experience and outstanding success recruiting eligible students to enroll in our programs. And we’re happy to supplement or dovetail our client’s own recruitment efforts. 

We create an Individual Service Strategy (ISS) for each individual in the program, helping students with barriers link up with community service agencies that can help them address those barriers.

Our case managers work closely with regional educators, employers, and social services agencies to build opportunities for eligible students. We link students with vocational training and college programs and we help them find the funds they need to enroll.

And essential part of our case management services includes collecting and reporting program data. This information is vital to tracking progress, assessing quality, and providing essential statistical information back to our clients. Reports are tailored to client interests and can include:

• Demographics

• Supportive service needs

• Academic plans (ISP)
