NCLB Requirement: Provide Professional Development & Parental Involvement Activities

Catapult Learning:

• Provides required professional development services for the classroom teachers of Title I students
• Equips schools with professional counselors and family services professionals who work to educate parents/guardians on supporting their children’s learning
• Creates and conducts parent involvement programs such as our Home Connections Program, that are designed to help families work together

NCLB Requirement: Provide Equitable Services to Eligible Private School Students

Catapult Learning:

• Implements instructional programs in reading / language arts and math that are aligned to national and state standards and backed by scientifically-based research and aligned with classroom objectives
• Allows for the provision of counseling and family services

NCLB Requirement: Provide Consultation that Involves Discussion Between Public and Private School Officials on Key Issues that Affect the Equitable Participation of Eligible Private and Religious School Students

Catapult Learning can assist with the consultation process by:

• Providing private and religious school administrators with detailed information about Title I requirements and offerings
• Assisting with income surveys
• Preparing residence lists
• Encouraging private and religious school administrators to attend consultation sessions

NCLB Requirement: Plan, Design and Implement the Title I Program.

Catapult Learning can:

• Design a program for Title I students that complements classroom instruction and meets the academic standards of each participating private school – as approved by the LEA
• Provide Title I services:
  • Before, during or after school, or on Saturday
  • In small groups for direct instruction
  • In a combined model of teacher-directed instruction and computer-based support
  • Remote computer-based support via Catapult Online interactive instructional model

NCLB Requirement: Annually Assess the Progress of Private and Religious School Title I Students.

Catapult Learning can assist with the consultation process by:

• Pre and post-testing
• Collection and recording of data
• Completion of all required reports as specified in NCLB and the LEA
