We gather personally identifiable information when you contact Catapult by filling out a form on our Site or sending an email to us. We collect only personal information that you provide to us such as: name, address, phone number, e-mail address, institutional affiliation, and responses to specific questions.

How do we use the personal and non-personal information that we gather?
We use personally identifiable information only to respond to requests for information regarding our services.

Do we disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties?
We do not generally disclose personally identifiable information to third parties.
